Telefónica and Microsoft against Skype
Now in 2008 i'm sure that all my readers have experience voip somehow. I'm also sure you guys know about Skype. Skype is a voip service based on p2p technology which works pretty well and is very cheap.
Telefónica (which is funciton's client btw) on the other side is the biggest phone provider in latin america.
We all know Microsoft so it would be stupid if i mention what they do.
Anyway, today via mess.be i found out that Telefónica and Microsoft are joining forces against Skype with a service called Voype. They are offering very competitive rates for international calls.
I will sure try their service as soon as it comes out if they offer a pay per call service.
Only good things may come up from a relationship between this two companies.
